They are all amazing to work amongst. I have learnt so much over the past 3 weeks I have been here. I was taught about IT, Podcasts and editing by Rebin. Adam taught me about admin work, safeguarding and risk assessments for events and trips also he taught us all how to be respectful, inclusive and calm during Events. I learnt so much about other religions and culture within the CWTC. We had an event for Disability Awareness, where I learnt so much about how life every day is affected and what support someone will need. I did a podcast on Autism, where I was, shown what ASD is and how autistic people must adapt to it. We had a trip to Manchester’s Science and industry museum, where I learnt responsibility and understanding of why risk assessments are important. CWTC and the staff here got me out of my comfort zone, making new memories and having fun while learning helped me get out of isolation and into a community I never knew existed. CWTC support everyone and teach new things like IT and English lessons. Although my work placement is now finished this isn’t the end of my journey at CWC and I would most definitely recommend CWTC to others.“
