CWTC Wellbeing Cafe

CWTC Wellbeing Café offers a dedicated safe and enjoyable place for supporting people living or diagnosed with dementia, depression and isolation in the community, in particular the South Asian community, with the aim to improve mental health and wellbeing and prevent avoidable attendances at A&E.

Women Wellbeing Cafe

There is a great range of creative activities and visits by health and social services every Wednesday in our Free creative sessions for Women from 10:30am to 1:00pm.

Men Wellbeing Cafe

There are a great range of creative activities and visits by health and social services every Tuesday in our Free creative sessions for Men  from 10:30am to 1:00pm.

Our weekly programme of activities involve older men and women to engage in learning new skills, engage in creative arts, reminiscence, exercise, share experiences and discuss information and advice with health and social care services to improve their health and wellbeing.
