Jodi Richardson is a Turning Point Client on her way as a recovering addict, she volunteers to gain experience to hopefully get herself into work into the following months. With her struggling financially while being unemployed she turned to CWTC for help with food.

““I’ve been using the CWTC services for a few weeks now. It’s really helpful, it helps me when I am struggling financially and I don’t have the means for getting food. The service has been really good, not just for me but for other people. I really enjoy coming here and we are made to feel really welcome.”
Tom Lewis
Oldham Foodbank
Tom Lewis works at Oldham Foodbank providing support for those who are struggling at home in Oldham. His collections at CWTC help to provide for over 10 different Postcodes in the Oldham area along with Families, Single Parents, Homelessness and more.
Tom Lewis’s Feedback:
“The food’s great, its stuff that people might not be able to access without this support and it’s items they can eat really easily and gives the that opportunity. It’s been great working with CWTC and they create a lovely environment for people. Somewhere people can come each week and join in with their sessions and activities”
Dada Zubeda
Single Mum
Dada Zubeda is a single mum to two children and a former member of the Support Action Women’s Network (SAWN) Due to her two children coming into her fulltime care she had to quit working to spend time and take care of her children. Struggling financially and for food Dada Zubeda came to CWTC for support.

“We love it, we are really thankful with the Cost of Living with single mothers and our situations are different so with the struggle it really does help. The people here greet you with a smile of on their face and something to drink and its lovely here.”
